Featuring a triangle cut tip, you can pipe icing onto signature St. Honore cakes. St. Honore cake is a french puff pastry with icing piped around its edges, and often smaller pastries are stuck to the larger pastry using caramelized sugar, and more icing is piped on top. Plus, the tip's medium size is perfect for icing confectionary creations quickly and efficiently.
