Our neutral glaze is ready-to-use straight from the refrigerator to give your chilled pastries and fruit tarts that final high-end touch. This glaze is translucent and has a gel texture and a sweet flavor. It is thermo-reversible and will maintain its stability through freeze-thaw processes. It is clean label with no artificial ingredients or artificial preservatives added.

This product is clean label, vegan and Kosher Dairy.

Opened & Refrigerated: 3 Weeks. 

Tips & Handling: Store in a cool, dry, odor-free place. After opening, refrigerate and use within 3 weeks. If stored unopened, the product will maintain all initial properties for up to 8 months.
