Vanilla paste often has a more intense flavor than vanilla extract. Vanilla bean paste is like an extract, only thicker, with more of a maple syrup consistency. When baking, use the same amount of vanilla paste as you would use vanilla extract. Pastry Star pure vanilla paste is ideal for making cookies, cakes, muffins, and more.
