Instructions:
Devil’s Food Cake Base.............363 g.
Whole Egg......................................50 g.
Oil......................................................50 g.
Water................................................119 g.
Milk...................................................122 g.
Combine egg, oil and milk with the Devil’s Food Cake base. Boil water and pour over batter. Whisk until
smooth. Pour batter into pan 2/3 full. Bake at 325°F for 35-45 minutes.
