DOSAGE
Per liter: 785 g of product +1 L of water
Per tray: 1.65 Kg of product + 2.1 L of water
Per ice-lolly: 500 g of product + 1 L of water
PREPARAZIONE
Si consiglia di frullare la miscela con un blender e di mantecarla non troppo a lungo.
(Per una struttura pi cremosa integrare con 5 g di Softin cod. 06069 per kg di miscela).
