- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers in placing orders, providing product information, and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure accurate order processing and fulfillment.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to track and manage shipments, ensuring timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer accounts, including contact information and order history.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve overall service.

Qualification
Qualification:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Knowledge of bakery products or a willingness to learn about them.
- Familiarity with order processing and inventory management systems
- Proficient in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
