Core Responsibility:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers in placing orders, providing product information, and resolving any issues or concerns.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure accurate order processing and fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to track and manage shipments, ensuring timely deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer accounts, including contact information and order history.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve overall service.

Qualification


Qualification:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Knowledge of bakery products or a willingness to learn about them.
  • Familiarity with order processing and inventory management systems
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
