Like Nutella, hazelnut flour goes well with chocolate. Hazelnut flour can also be made to make macaroons or hazelnut cookies or cakes, and even hazelnut pancakes and waffles. Replacing part of wheat flour with hazelnut flour is a great way to add flavor to your baking, while reducing the number of carbohydrates, which is ideal for those who are on a paleo diet or interesting in cutting carbs from their diet.
