What happens if the product I ordered is out of stock?
If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you with updated shipping information. Delivery times may vary based on vendor availability. For urgent orders, please contact us to discuss expedited shipping options. You will not be invoiced for out-of-stock items, and they will be removed from the order before invoicing. Your sales representative will be notified promptly to inform you.
How do I cancel or modify my order?
You can cancel or modify your order by contacting us via phone or email as soon as possible. Please note that all cancellations incur a 6% processing fee. If your order has already been sent for packing, you will need to follow our return process, and you are responsible for all shipping costs. Orders can be canceled or modified until 3 PM the day prior to delivery unless it is a special order item, which cannot be canceled or modified.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
You may request a shipping address change by contacting us immediately. However, if the order is already processed or on a truck, it may not be possible to change the address. In such cases, the order will be shipped to the original address, and you will need to follow our return policy. Shipping address changes must be requested before 3 PM.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), as well as personal checks, certified bank checks, and money orders. Payments can also be made via wire transfer or credit card, with a 3.5% fee for credit card transactions.
