Pickup Policy

Due to the nature of the products we carry, orders cannot be held in the pickup area for more than 24 hours. To ensure your order is ready when you arrive, please follow the steps below:
⦁ Place your order directly with your salesperson.
⦁ Inform your salesperson that the order is for pickup and allow at least two hours from the time you notify us for the order to be prepared.
⦁ Once you arrive, come upstairs to the front desk. They will advise you on where to pick up your order.
⦁ Provide your order number to the front desk staff.
⦁ If you require assistance loading your order into your vehicle, please let an employee know, and they will assist you.

⦁ Pickup Hours: Pickups are available from 10 AM to 3 PM, Monday through Friday.
⦁ Curbside Pickup is Not Available.
