A fine diced almond meal or flour is created by reducing blanched or natural almond pieces to fine sized particles. There will be variations around this size due to process characteristics. The finely ground almonds will be created from wholesome blanched, natural, or dry roasted input stock that will have always been treated with good manufacturing practices. There will be no off-flavors or off-odors.
Storage Temperature: Recommended 32-40°F with a relative humidity of 65%.
Shelf Life: 18 months for natural and blanched products 4 months for non-vacuum packed dry roasted meal
