1. Thaw the phyllo dough. Unfold the sheets of phyllo dough. and remove 6 sheets, keeping the rest covered with plastic wrap.
2. Arrange the 6 sheets of phyllo dough on floured cloth, overlapping the stacks as necessary to form a rectangle of about 40 x 20 inches.
3. Brush each sheet of phyllo with some melted butter; press to seal the seams.
